Address Manning Clark House 11 Tasmania Circle, Forrest

The House is generally open on Saturdays from 11.00am until 2.00pm.

If you would like to visit the House for an individual or small group tour outside these times please make an appointment with the Manning Clark House

In addition, we run group tours of the House during the annual Canberra and District Heritage Festival in March-April. These tours provide the opportunity to visit the heritage-listed house designed by leading modernist architect Robin Boyd in 1952, and to visit Manning Clark’s rooftop study where he wrote the six volumes of A History of Australia and other works.

The tours create an opportunity to understand and experience a fine example of mid-century Australian architecture and design.
